This will add system-wide path definitions.

Steps

1- Open /etc/paths in nano:

sudo nano /etc/paths

2- In nano, add directory paths, e.g. for Python modules like uvicorn or hugo:

/Users/<user>Library/Python/3.9/bin

• Control-x to quit.
• Enter “Y” to save the modified buffer.

3- Start a new Terminal session
